I realize this 'tard works for a chain pizza store.. but anytime you walk into a mom & pop pizza place in LA these days, you see the Italian flag hangin up on the wall, pictures of the leaning tower of Pisa, maps of Italy, etc.. but then a Mexican waiter walks out, the cashier ringing you up is Mexican, and its wall to wall Mexicans in the kitchen.. c'mon man.

"If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball". No, spinning dough isn't the same as spinning a pizza. Being any nationality doesn't make it easier. And this dude put a hole in his dough for doing that crap. His moves are too tight, the dough is fragile and you have to have bounce (like shocks on a car). Best way to practice is to start with the basics, slap the pizza between your hands back and forth, eventually the spin will come out of it when you got that down.

If you can spin a basketball on your finger for an extended amount of time and your an FBI (Full Blooded Italian), will this come easily?
i couldnt agree with u more.. most of our pizzas go out at 2.5-3.5 on make line.. not that we cant make them faster its just we try to make pizzas as perfect as we can..

I work at domino's in Barrie Ontario, at the North Store. We take pride and care in making every single pizza. It takes anaverage of 2 minutes to make each pizza. They HAVE to be perfect i they cost sooooooo much. Some of these stores on the net who show that theyt dont give a damn of what the pizzas look like are bad store employees.
