I'm a dentistrystudent so... here we GO:
1) DON'T KILL ALL THE PLAQUE! a little layer of bactaria on the teeth is vital for your theeth for various reasons:
- they occupie spaces so no dangerous bactaria well settle on your teeth
- the Plaque is a buffer in wich fluoride is 'stored' for remineralisation
2) remineralisation is a process that will only restore a very small part of the enamel, It's not like you rebuild your cavity
3) just go see the bloody dentist will you.....

The pulp (nerve) is living. The rest of the tooth is NOT living. There is no blood supply and the body can't repair it as it can other tissues. There are some good points in this video but much of it is childish and plain wrong. And there are lots of good dentists. Find one!

My best friend is a dentist. She says that most dentists do substandard work which obviously means more money cause you have to keep coming back. Luckily for me she does all my work for nada and never does substandard work on anyone. There are still a few ethical dentists left in the world, you just need to find one...
