@DeHeld8 This guy is right. best shots in the world are trad and warbow archers. No sights, no rest, just a stick and the brain pulling off AMAZING shots. A zero'ed bowsight and consistent form is nowhere near as impressive. like a modern compound, what a joke..with a little instruction anyone can achieve good groups. But not everyone can instinctively shoot...and DACT needs to grow some arms..i fire more than 144shots out of my 118# laburnam stick everynight after work in the back yard xD.

Or you could just exercise... The book Precision Archery has a whole chapter on exercises for archers looking to cross train and become stronger archers. That and Zen Bow, Zen Arrow are my two favourite archery books.

I really can't get my head around the fact why people seek to modernise this ancient art. if you want modern... get a rifle! But keep the old ways the old ways.
