For me, nothing less than a V8 will do. I want V10's however unlikely to come back! V12's - extremely unlikely but would be great.
The chap who mentioned about the flyaway footprint has a fantastic idea there.
But if the engine change must go ahead, why not try and make V8 or V10 engines that run on a much higher precentage of bio fuels (opposed to the I believe 5-7% now). Promote green fuels, not small engines! Shell, Mobil1, Total, will all benefit!!!

Im not totally against the new engine rules. To me its the number of cylinders thats completly wrong. Why four?? Stick on two more cylinders and it will still sound great.
