@HortonIII Who said that the Jews of Israel were God's chosen people? You think that just because they control Jerusalem and the rest of the Holy Land. If that were the case and Nazi's took over Jerusalem, would you say that they were God's chosen people? Of course not you ignorant idiot! Humanity is God's chosen people, stupid, he loves everyone even those who sin. Religion... in my opinion, the Old Testamant is some of the finest science fiction ever written... angels coming down from "heaven", firebolts destroying Sodom and Gommorah, people turning into pllars of salt, voices coming out of burning bushes... fantastic stuff. Who thought all this up?

@jonniec7 I have read the Bible, and it clearly states that the Jews forsook God and AD 70 was the judgement of Israel for turning their back on God and killing their messiah. What you are thinking of is the Schofield Reference Bible, which invented Zionism in the late 19th century.
Anyway, that can't be true anyway... by your logic God must be a liar because Israel hasn't had until recently any possessions in Palestine, meaning God isn't really God, and we know that's not true now don't we?
