Here is the continuation of the video sharpening using the coarse (rough) side and doing the finishing touches with the smooth side of the whetstone. I lost the second part of the video however, you do the same motion of the knife on the whetstone on the other side. Then you turn the whetstone over on the smooth side and you do the same friction of the knife on the smooth side to clean up the edge. Then wash the blade to make sure it is free of metal or stone particles and you have a splendidly great gourmet kitchen tool!
