MY DAUGHTER SARAH & HER FIANCE JAMES WHO GOT IN A SERIOUS CAR ACCIDENT AND NOW HAS A TRAMATIC BRAIN INJURY, BEFORE AND AFTER PICS SHE STILL HAS HOPE AS GOD HAS GIVEN HER PEACE THROUGH THIS. SHE IS ONLY 17 AND HAS STOOD BY HIS SIDE FOR 5 MONTHS NOW THAT IS REAL LOVE.

James is in what they call a vegatative state, he can't walk, talk, eat, etc.. the brain injury he sustained was just too damaging to his brain. He lives in a rehabilition place it's heartbreaking and my daughter had to make the tough decesion to move on with her life as she is so young and has so much of a life ahead of her. she will always love james but he doesn't know any of us.

God, what a video!!! I was in a accident recently, and my brain was swollen, and I had severe brain trauma!!! I was in a coma for 3 weeks, they said I wouldn't make it!! They said I would never walk again, talk again, that my life would never be the same.............." Well, they were wrong"!!!!!!!!!! I am going for my Masters in Architecture, I am taking care of my little girl, I walk, I run, I live!!!!!!!!!!!!! Remember, If you believe, you will succeed!!!!!!!!!!

god bless this couple. i lost my bf in 2008, the love in your twos eyes is so strong. watching this made me cry. dont ever give up, i lost my love, best friend, companion, he was everything to me. and i still havent given up, i know hes an angel watching over me.

Hi Karen! I have watched your videos over and over again in the past couple years. I just want you to know that I think of Sarah and James often. This story has really touched me. They seemed so happy. I was watching American Idol last night, and when Chris told his story of his fiance getting into an accident and having a brain injury, I immediately thought of James. How is he doing now? Is he still fighting? Does he know you guys at all? Sarah had to make a tough decision, but she was young.
