I love this song! Neil did a really fun version live in concert a couple of years ago.

Yes, definitely over 40 years ago. This was released in very early 1967.

Another early gem from Neil Diamond's Bang Records era! In fact, Neil's Bang/UNI Records 1966-72 era is his finest material to date! No other performer can write a song quite like Neil Diamond! He is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to lyrical expression!
Bravo, Neil Leslie Diamond!

This is the fire missing in so much current music.

Whatever you may think about the stuff Neil put out after the 1960's, what he sang and wrote during from 1966-72 will always keep me coming back for more especially to clear my head or get a quick burst of music energy fuel. You definitely got to me Neil!

Love this record. It just makes you want to get up and groove. The last great song by Neil Diamond before he took himself too seriously and started singing that "deep" stuff.

Memories of Bang Records. So many old record companies came passing through.
Wasn't sure it uploaded. YouTube does a lot of site maintenance and started some while I was uploading.
This is one of my favorite oldies.
