Do you have to complete this game all in one sitting or are there save points? Thinking of getting this one for my Saturn collection :) Just it seems a LONG game to have to sit all the way through without saving...

@CitroenC407 the game saves itself after finishing a world and unlocks a stage select screen. however, each world can only be re-visted 2 times.

because it's way too hard to kill them without getting hurt, plus I knew the bug stop was just around the next corner ;)

yes, there's a bonus level in reptilia, where you can race against sonic. but i didn't record it. check for youtube-id ?v=Ilbcb3mrLf8 to watch it.
