Exotic car drive thru Malibu canyons after SuperCar Sunday gathering. Listen to those cars especially the V12 of the 512TR (Testarossa)!

  • Well, technically it is a V-12. It is a 180 degree V-12 with 270 degrees crankshaft phasing. A flat or "boxer" engine has 180 degree crankshaft phasing. Meaning all the pistons on one side of the engine move together, and visa-versa for the other side. This is where the term "boxer" came from, because the whole engine is punching from side to side, unlike a V-12 whose pistons reach TDC at 3 different times per cylinder bank. Sorry, it would take much more room to fully explain.

  • The 512 TR is not a V12, buddy, its a flat 12, the last Ferrari ever made, in fact. Other than possibly a F50GT, this is my favorite Ferrari. It has the looks, the speed, and the pedigree (sp?). I don't care about tuned Supras or Veyrons or Ultimate Aeros, this car is the embodiment of supercar. Masterpiece.

  • The 512 is a v12, Its also one of the ugliest Ferrari's ever built. The 250, 275 & Daytona get my vote, aswell as the F40 and for some reason the 599. But hey, your welcome to your own opinion, apart front the flat 12 v12 thing.

  • @VKQueenVamp He could smoke that M3 that was in front of him if he wanted to but would have troubles with the 360.

  • The Ferrari 512 Series 1974 - 1996 are the benchmark and standard for which all other supercars are compared to. The only other benchmark car was the Lamborghini Countach from 1974 - 1989.

  • good group with an interesting panel of cars

  • Man that looks like so much fun! Wow. You seem to wind it out in 2nd gear too much. Change up and go for it. Very nice experience. Wish I was there in person. Do you have a car club?

  • it kills me how slow he's going..... and not catching up with the rest of the group...

  • @phantom5573

    ohhh its my baby :-)

i will get one one day...

  • You can't beat the timeless lines, and sexy curves of a 512TR!!

It is in a class of it's own - along with the 288 GTO.

These cars a so wide and low to the ground. Truly exotic!!!!!

  • nice cars but a evo will still smoke most of you on that road!

  • I jizz my pants everytime I see a noble m12, all sweet cars!
