You forgot just one its Reseties Hideout and heres how to get there 1. Wait till night (or change the time) 2. Go to the city 3. Go to the bottom right conner and if the you see a yellow light that means its open. Oh before I forget he will give you a Silver axe I don't think he will give you a golden axe how ever.
