I think it says 1985, not 95.
95 wouldn't make sense, the music is definitely more likely to be 85 than 95.

This is from 1995. Its a demo video of the software for laser shows. This is the actual laser, not the monitor, thus the old-fasioned looking "vector graphics" look. Its relatively new actually, laser shows still look pretty much the same with the exception of the new rastering RGB look which is more like a traditional projector, and can show a clearer "picture".
The thing to remember here is that this video does no justice to the brightness/lattitude and sharpness for a laser show.

Pangolin software has been around only since 1986, and their big thing is computer controlled laser show software, so it could be from 1995, as laser shows don't look too much different from 20 years ago
