http://happyashumanlypossible.com Greg Larsen, Life Coach and co-host of the http://livingwithtolle.com podcast, gives a talk on Practicing the Power of Now at Sufi Books in New York City.

Are you Ready to Turn Around the Challenges of Your Life that are Stopping You from Consciously Achieving Success and Happiness?

Do any of these life situations sound familiar?

One of the "big" life transitions is knocking on your door and you want personalized support to help navigate the changes and consciously create the best possible outcome.

You have been inspired or awakened by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and are looking for an experienced guide and mentor to help you bridge the gap between what you are learning and how you are living.

You feel that push from within to change and want to clarify your vision and create a plan of action for moving forward.

You want to live your life on purpose and be held accountable for initiating action week in and week out.

You are aware of your negative habits and conditioning and how they keep you from moving forward. You are ready to push through your blocks and take your life to that next level.

You want to heal and come to terms with the past and experience greater degrees of acceptance and forgiveness so you can create your future from a clean slate.

You get stressed and feel off balance. You want to get clear on the best approach for being present and maintaining a state of calm assertiveness when dealing with the demands of life.

As a spiritual life coach, Greg specializes in working with conscious minded professionals and business owners looking to achieve success in life and business. Greg is a master guide and spiritual mentor and offers the highest levels of support for taking action and attaining the desired results.

  • Lately when I'm doing meditation and go deep into it, I start feeling my whole body vibrating sometimes in waves. Hard to explain, but sometimes it is more intense than others. It usually happens when I my entire inner field is completely relaxed. The feeling is actually quite good though in a cool way, but I'm just wondering is this is just a phase people go through with regular meditation? When it happens, I just continue being relaxed and keeping my breath in its normal rhythm.

  • @rollinpace4lyf Sounds like a real good place you have found with your practice! It's hard to judge the intensity of the waves from what you've described, but it seems totally nature and nothing to be concerned by. I think a number of factors can determine the intensity of a meditation, so all I can say is keep up with what you are doing and know that you can go even deeper into the peaceful, relaxed, alert space of the inner-body. No matter how deep you go, there is still a deeper space!

  • Thankyou Greg. Keep raising peoples' frequencies!! Namaste.

  • @jmac6t7 Your so welcome! Yes, I completely agree with you on the transformational power of this meditation!

  • Thanx for putting this video up, Greg....

A deeply relaxing, healing + transformational Meditation Practice!

  • @ckom9 Thanks!! Yes, inner body awareness is the foundation for the Now and the best way to happiness!

  • @Sp33dyMik3 Thanks and you are not alone. I have kids, wife, a business... so much to manage! The key is to practice presence repeatedly throughout the day just for a few seconds. Everyone can do that. Some teachers say, "Rest in Awareness," or "Relax into this moment." Eckhart has stated that one conscious breath is a meditation! Just take that one conscious breath repeatedly throughout the day! This may even be difficult to do from years of thinking - so start with this breath!
