Ron Paul is a Constitutionalist. He never said he didn't believe in government, he said that there is no need for big government. Your roads, police force, and schools should be state to local. Science has never needed funding. People will discover.

All very nice -- does ignore that whether they applauded at the right time or not, the big majority of the Democrats in the room also get huge donations from the wealthiest corporations and real people and represent them much more than they work for the 99%

This is one of Thom Hartmann's weak spots: he keeps using the Demopublican-Republicrat frame, when the retort of "Class Warfare" at least gets the basics right: the real frame is class, and how any electoral party fits into that comes second.

You know the only candidate that didn't take money from the bank lobbyist is Ron Paul. You might not like the fact that he would be a domestic president, but shouldn't we have someone that cares more about the people in this country than anything else?

One day people will learn that they are responsible for their choices, even the ones that allow government to steal money from individuals.
