  • Awesome video! I have the exact same case. Do you happen to know what is the name of the case as mine all the label has been scratched off or rusted.

  • @madhacker3kxl The Case is a server class Super Micro Full tower. Super Micro still exists and still makes cases but more for server level stuff google them and you will find your case...MSRP is actually 800.00 at the time it was made, and reviews are out there on it too still on the web lol....

  • hi thanks for your help and does it matter what paint you use if it does can you tell me which is the best thanks and great videos

  • @lee881962 the trick is always to use the same paint manufacturer throughout the painting process. Dont mix to different paint types either, Like enamels and acylics, or lacquers. always start with one and finish it with the same type. Oh and avoid the cheapo paints, you know the ones that are a dollar a can and what not.

  • Nice video looking forward to part 3.

Are you planning on putting a server system into that case ?

  • @madmaxz1010 Not sure what I am planning to do with it honestly , I just got tired of it sitting in my closet for the last 3 years, lol.. I actually got it from a company I did IT work for, they were throwing it out, and they gave it to me. When it was made brand new it was an 800.00 dollar case.

  • lots of fish eyes in that paint, use self etching primer before painting anything.

  • Where the hell is part 3? I needed to see what the technique is for clear coat application and wet sanding...

  • im turning a compaq evo into a gaming computer

  • @ReturnBaconSquad Whats a fish eye? And How do I avoid it?

  • @filipinorice So long as your white paint is more opaque and you make sure to not only do your best to remove the black paint and use a layer of primer you should be just fine.

  • Really helpful. Great video
