Her dancers know the drill: don't stop for anything. So they didn't. The DJ's who were playing the background music enhanced the vocals so that she could find her way back if she eventually picks herself back up. It's a shame that those who hate Gaga try to use this video to make it appear she can't sing, when she obviously can.
