@UndeadCodex I agree to an extent. I can hear some similarities between Tool and Rishloo. However, they're still so different to me. They say that Tool is our generations Pink Floyd. Which, I can see. But, with the lyrical content of the Feathergun album and musical styling of Rishloo, ingeneral; (mostly on Feathergun) I kind of see them as our generations Rush. Which, to me, Pink Floyd and Rush are almost COMPLETELY different. lol

I've actually come to appreciate Feathergun although they move away from the darker, more raw intensity of their earlier work, RISHLOO still paves the way in spiritual and meaningful progressive rock. As far as sounding like Tool and APC they do share changing time signatures, similar guitar and bass styles, and dynamic vocals which are reminiscent of Maynard's; however they are without a doubt their own sound and style. (This is BenKCarter's other acount).

@BenKCarter Feathergun was their best work. They're a progressive band, which means their work will keep prgressing and getting better, just like Tool got better with each album.
