notice that he doesn't injure his training partners or become overly aggressive or fearful as the speed of the picks up. this work is intended to be a drill with a specific purpose, and not representative of a real and actual fight. a violinist practicing their scales is obviously not playing one of bach's sonotas, just as a martial artist practicing a drill is obviously not engaging in real live combat (spitting, biting, concrete to skull bashing, etc.) thanks for posting the video.
