@steakmonster I moved to newent a year and a half ago, and never looked back! Yes, there are a few rough people but that doesn't mean that they are bad people. My best friend is from the council estate and her and her family are the nicest people I've ever met! The local businesses are very welcome and as a city girl, they helped me fit in well. How dare you say such bad things regarding newent and I hope you now know that you are very wrong about newent

Newent people all have something about them. Everyone I know from there is messed up and generally a nasty person. Outsiders are not welcome in any restaurants or pubs, it is a real hick local place... they will smile to your face and spit in your food while the N-Chavs smash your car up (the police ignore this.. they are too busy collecting 'speeding' stealth tax) Stay well away if you know what's good for you!

All Newent people are inbred nasty pieces of work - they are also liars! The lower end of the spectrum are chav's with nothing to do but vandalise your car should you dare to leave it in any Newent town centre car park, the higher intelligence bracket (and I use the word intelligence in its loosest sense) and manipulative two faced lying back stabbers (Andrew Pain) Believe me, I have been severely wronged by these scum. Boycott the place.. Or if you want loot it...
