  • God knows how many fallen soldiers are in unmarked graves, Federal and Confederate. I'm sure there must be thousands from both sides in the Wilderness and Spotsylvania.

  • I think that they should be dressed in civil war uniform while attending civil war veterans remains and at burials

  • I am really glad this soldier is going home. I'd like to see a story about a Confederate soldier being returned to the south buy dvidshub. If dividshub needs a Confederate soldier to do a story on I can help them out.

  • dang. how would you like to be the one to come across that old body when your just walking the battlefield. "oh look, i guess they forgot one!". that would be weird.
