Catenon joins the Stock Exchange Market @ MAB

Catenon makes its debut to the Spanish Stock Exchange with a increase to 9.89%
Present in 11 countries and with 72% of its business activity outside of Spain, the company that deals with the global search of professionals has entered the Spanish Stock Market in order to continue its international expansion plan.

Catenon, the technological Spanish multinational, debuted today on the Spanish Stock Market -MAB- with an increase to 9.89% after its inauguration, an event that took place in the Spanish Stock Exchange Palace at 12h. The company shares whose price on entry were fixed at 3,64 euros, reached 4 euros, increasing the company´s value from 48 to 53 million euros. The main objective of Catenon´s entry -- the 14th business to join the MAB -- is to finance the continuation of it´s international expansion plan, through the opening of new offices in Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, South America, Africa and North America.

The definitive volume of Catenon´s Suscription Offer is 1.373.639 shares. The size of this offer represents 10.41% of new social capital for the corporation, after its Suscription Offer operation.

From Monday today the company will be quoted with the trading code - COM. Trading will be done through a price fixing system by means of convergence of offer and demand in 2 periods of auctions or daily "fixings" (12h and 16h)


Thanks to the entry operation to the MAB the company will be able to finance its ambitious Expansion Plan -- to open new offices and amplify its global presence whilst positioning itself and developing a differential entry strategy for the main world markets in the global search of professionals.
In the same way the fund-raising from the Spanish Stock Market will allow investments into its I+D+i projects of Advanced Artificial Intelligence with algorithms of semantic searches, possible adquistions of solutions in new technologies, whilst strengthening its Business Intelligence Unit based in Pune (India).
In short, fund allocation will be:
70% of the Suscription offer will be allocated to open new international offices.
20% to the potentiation of its Business Intelligence Unit based in Pune (India), I+D+i in projects of Advanced Artificial Intelligence(IAA) for algorithms for semantic searches and the strengthening of the operations platforms based in India, Brazil, Malaysia and Spain.
The remaining 10% will go towards the forcasted costs of this transaction.
Its web² platform allows it to operate as one single office on a worldwide scale.
