Many tennis players experience rotator cup problems. So, we asked a player what she does to prevent and even strengthen this area. She was nice enough to show us how, by using resistance bands to isolate the rotator cup. Though, we were in for a big surprise....

  • Well, spoke to her today and she tells me, no more shoulder problems because of the workouts with the resistant bands.

    Tennis lessons are available, but she is not cheap.

    She's a great cook, though no videos yet.

    More comments/requests for future videos, I can possibly talk her into it.
