But the truth is Bank of America doesn't need good heart people, they need people to do the job, and bring in profit. All corporations are the same way. Don't be surprised. Its a matter of how much profit you make the business, no heart involved. I'm sure you will find a very great job that needs good heart people like you. People like you might make a slight change. But the chances are rough. HOPE.
