I respect you for coming on here and blasting Bank of America as you did, as well as mentioning many manager's names and the exact location of the site you worked at.. hope corporate security doesn't come after you...

Anyways, the fact of the matter is that if people want credit cards or checking accounts they do have to understand that things can/will happen in their lives that may not be condusive to maintaining these luxeries.

Therefor they should THINK before taking on these responsibilites!
