No one is refused treatment but if you can't pay the bill it's bankruptcy and the cost is passed on to you.Either way, we all pay as it is.Do not get sick have a heat attack,auto accident injury,etc.etc.Eventually you will go down by something that causes you to lose income , health insurance, job etc.etc. If you don't have health care then the best financial option is death.

Obama used it in the health care bill. It was used in the health care law. What is Obamas doing to R country. Dhimmitude, Never heard the word Till now. Google it, It's on page 107 of the healthcare bill. It is a REAL word. Dhimmitude Dhimmitude: the Muslim system of controlling non-muslim populations conquered through jihad. It is the TAXING of non-muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to Islam.

You also say that America has the finest health care in the world. Explain to me this then. How is it that a 400 dollar surgery will cost you 16,500? Because the privatized system is so corrupt it cost you more to enter the room they hold the surgery in than the procedure or cost of the medication involved. But hey the anesthesiologist and the Hospital make out pretty well! A well as the insurance co's that will refuse treatments that could save a life because they only approve a cheaper option!

"The Federal Government has no right to give you healthcare using tax dollars" FYI the Federal government has no right to give funds for roads or education either. But I kind of like it when my Government is takes my tax dollars and uses them to actually help the US.
"It is against the law for a doctor to refuse you service" - False the doctor only has to make sure you are stable, then he can ship you off to a hospital that accepts indigent cases.

Wait if this works for the rest of the world then why are people so concerned it will fail? healthcare isn't some big bad monster. If we just got our asses out of the middle east I will guarantee you we will have the money to support this.

Ehvee14: The trouble with your statement is that it doesnt work in the rest of the world. Canada is rife with extortion and long waits while people die, Here, you get care, but you get stuck with the bill.
Remember, we have something called the constitution that is our rule of law and we must abide by it, It is illegal to provide healthcare...if you dont like it, call for a constitutional convention and change it.
