@SumzNaturegirl I am well beyond thirteen. In fact I have a 15 year old daughter. But you are right, India takes a hint of blues, a hint of jazz, a little rock, a little latin (thanks to the amazing Carlos) and blends it in a terrific way. Not everyone will like the arrangement but there is no need to disrespect wonderful talent.

The song is beautiful. I read down the comments and someone said Indie Arie's vocal's suck ?? Well. 'first', i'd like to see you sing next CARLOS SANTANA. How about stop being so judgemental. Yes, there are other versions of this sound & they sound great, but Indie's voice sounds LOVELY. You want it from a younger generations perspective ? i'm THIRTEEN and i love this song. How about not only showing some capacity in your range of music, but also start appreciating the beauty of it.
