What's the third chord that this gal is playing?

I ask because I got the following tab off of the interwebs, but when I play the third chord (Bm), it doesn't sound quite right.

Melanyrachel here seems to be playing something completely different than XX4432 for her third chord -- and it sounds pretty good.

Also, can anyone suggest a strum pattern? I am a newbie. Is it something like D UD UDU ?
