failed connection xbox live help anyone?

I've fixed this problem, it was the router, if anyone has this problem I recommend you check if your router is compatible with the xbox. This video isn't for you losers to rip on each other about what's a better console, it's to help everyone, if you're sad enough to pick fights with people over the internet then maybe you should go walk in front of a moving bus.

It turns out it was my router that was the problem

try plugging it into your modem to see if it works without the router

I'm thnking it's a fault with the network card in the xbox tbh

I had the same problem and I figured my problem out! I used to have my modem plug to my phone thing and the plug to my router. NOW I have my Modem connect to my router and then connect to my phone thingy. Then the disconnecting stopped. :)

i use a wireless network adapter and the same thing happens to me. i cant even do campaigns or anything without getting dc. its messed up and funny cuz i just got the adapter and xbox live like last week and it worked perfect. now it wont even let me last more than 20 minutes in xbox live. please help!!!

i get the same problem but instead of it going off for 30 seconds it sometimes last like a hour, and sometimes its right away, its random.

yep i got the same thing prob but i dont have a router and mines a elite. let me kno if u figure it out some of the ppl i ask say it the cold messing with the signal before it comes into the house. seriouly though let me kno if u find out
