  • No. They aren't meant to go on power tools. And they don't go on gates and fences as someone down below wrote. These locks arent sold to stop a burgular, they are a Safety Lockout so when an electrician or maintenance person has a machine open for service, these padlocks are put over the breaker panel or ON/OFF switch of that piece of electrical machinery or equipment so that some dumb ass walking by doesn't say "oh, this should be on" while the worker is working on the machine.

  • CooL all i need to do is get one now LoL XD

  • it not ment to keep shit from being riped off is a lock out tag lock.

  • I found myself dancing to the tune, but it was in a "lockstep."

  • fail produkt xD

  • But but....but... it says "do not remove"!

  • @th55 please please mail me the music namei

  • nice vid

  • seems pointless that they would use spool pin. you would think they would just use the smooth round ones

  • Because if it is picked no one will notice it was opened, whilst if it is cracked it will obviously appear as opened ;)

  • They are made in plastic so they can be destroyed and it is probably cheaper than using brass.

These locks are primarily used to lock machines and heavy equipment from being started whilst people working on them. So they are most for safety and not security.

  • yeah, a pretty ridiculous design.
