@silvanarix Man.. its the main riff and it is repeated over 20 times ...if covers are meant to be an homage, which, the least you can do in order to make a decent homage is trying to get the music right... "Covers arent meant to be exact copies of the original" is true to some extend but under that statement anyone could just play any random thing and call it cover of X. @anidemolimacnauj Seriously? Your going to post that it isnt perfect? I am pretty sure it sounds great, regardless of his accuracy to the album which you base it off of. If everyone played everything the same, there would be no point to playing guitar at all, and everyone would sound generic. Covers arent meant to be exact copies of the original, they are a homage to the creativity of the author. This guy just told Opeth that he thinks their music deserves attention.
