Battlezone 2~ Epic Mod (Part 1/5)

A modded version of Battlezone 2 using Epic Mod (Playing as the EDF, which are the standard humans,on the Mars map). The BZ2 modding community is still going strong and is making this game even better all the time. This particular mod streamlines the rather clunky factions that appeared in the original BZ2. There are also many new additions including infantry, aircraft (still a little buggy), lots of vehicles, as well as many new maps and enhanced textures. I'm hoping, at some point, that all 6 races will be compatible for this mod. Anyway, this starts at the point when the base is pretty much built and things start to happen. (Didn't want to bore with lengthy base building, heh). At least more sound effects are playing this time around than before.

i haveepic mod but b4 i got it they said there would be space scenes. i guess they didnt add those in yet? plz tell me if there is space maps

@MegaSnake1000 From what I've read on the bz2md forums, there will be a large moon map that  comes with the release of EPIC 1.3. That release of 1.3, though, is apparently on hold for some reason. I'll put a link in the description where you can find most of the up to date information about EPIC Mod.

@MrHotdiggitydog ok i have one more question: i heard you used camstudio to do this. so i got it and tried it but it didnt seem to work. i was taking a vid of bz2 x-mod and the first time there were pictures coming and going on the screen and the second time it couldent play. plzz help me with this i really wanna make a youtube vid of x-mod

@MegaSnake1000 Well, I had to record it in windowed mode since it wouldn't work fullscreen. If you're trying to record fullscreen also, that might be the problem. Windowed mode can be used by pressing:

alt + enter

I also had to minimize the window and move the recording boundaries around a bit to get them to the right place where the window would come back up when restored. (Video quality depends on how fast your computer is too). Hopefully, that will fix the problem.

@bloodbath184 Well, this one has been modded with the "Epic Mod" made by the Bz2 community. It's a lot different than the standard Bz2. Which is awesome, imo. :)
