  • this is because there are multiple forms of censored speech that are not protected by the first amendment. sadly, these few forms are non-protected speech allow for a slippery slope of repealing the very first amendment of the constitution. we need to stop censoring speech for any reason. if the speech promotes crimes than just track who did the speech and who is listening and start watching. if the speech is a record of a crime, than arrest the participants.
