  • This I'd so cute.

    I onl have one budgie.

He is a boy and he seems pretty happy.

Where did you get that beautiful bird tree?

I want to bird one but I don't know where.

  • @angel4eveme We built that bird tree ourselves. It's mainly some bamboo sticks put into a bowl of concrete and then we put some branches around it, not hard to build. Hm, why don't you try to get another budgie? I'm sure your budgie would love that. Yesterday I watched one of my couples crawl each other for about 20 minutes, that was so cute! You should have seen how much they enjoyed that, I think no human can really substitute a budgie partner.

  • @Holzfisch If I get one budgie an go to school but before school I spend as much time as I can with it and after school I would literally be with it 24/7 and on the weekends I would be with it all the time and never away. WILL IT GET LONELY?

  • @sammymunir Yes, the bird will get lonely. You can never substitute a budgie partner. The birds will fly together, crawl each other, feed each other, play with each other, sing together and so on and you won't be able to do all that with your bird. Why not get a couple? It's so much nicer to have two happy birds instead of one who believes he's human because he is so lonely and is desperate for company. Two birds will probably also become tame if you spend so much time with them.

  • Your video is the most informative one on youtube. If people do all the things you recommend for your budgies, they will have very happy pets.

I have a question, if I may. I have four budgies. I firs bought a couple (who have never become a couple, because a hen didn't like the cock), and then another couple, who get along very well. However, now both girls like the bigger cock, and he takes care of both, and my little Coca is left out.

  • Well, I have 9 budgies now and among those 3 couples. But all of them tend to flirt around and none is really left out. It's of course easier when you have more birds than just 4. Is Coca now really left out or does he still fly and play with the other birds?

  • cool

  • their adorable that is a well place for a budgie.

  • my budgie lost its sister and it always flies away when we come near it when it was with its sister it was ver well tamed still is now but it flies away when we come near it what should i do

  • How old is the little male budgie? If he is younger than about half a year the females won't like him and think that he's still a baby. But I also have one male budgie who never gets a female even though he's handsome. But the females mostly go for the alpha male budgie, not much you can do about it. I used to have a cock that ALL females wanted. But as long as they have company I think the budgies are happy, even if they don't get a female partner.
