9 Year Old Boy Held in US Prison

This is a totally disgraceful state of affairs. thousands of Iraqis are being held prisoner for no apparant reason.They have been held for over a year.
But to make matters worse there are even children being held.
A boy aged 9 is amongst those being held
Can this possibly be justified under any stretch of any law?

they beat people until they were paralyzed, they cut a guys legs off and raped him,people locked up months/years without charges being brought against them,dogs have been set on prisoners, they have been water boarded, and tortured, little kids locked up in prison camps as young as 9 years old, soldiers have raped children, soldiers have murdered entire innocent families, soldiers have taken young girls and prostituted them out around to their US soldier buddies, this is PITIFUL OUTRAGEOUS SICK

I play Call of Duty and also Counter Strike in the past. It is always best to kill the terrorists because they want to blow up a bomb. In Call of Duty it teaches you that terrorist are mostly arabian people so there are many cool weapons to kill them and not waste time building prison camps, because they will eventually escape and attack with RPG's
