Windows XP Start-Up Problem (Fixed)

NOTE: THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED! I eventually ended up re-installing Windows, and I added the extra Gig of RAM so it works fine now.

This has been happening every time I start my computer. I have tried a bunch of stuff and it doesn't work. I'm hoping someone knows the answer.
UPDATE: I just installed an extra 1 GB of RAM and now I don't have the problem really.

Yeah I kept it on there that long so people would actually read it because people keep giving me solutions! You know you can turn off the annotations by clicking the up arrow thing and then Turn off annotations :)

I backed up all of my files on to a couple of DVD's, wrote down all of the programs I had installed, and then used the recovery disk that came with my computer which has Windows XP on it. I just followed the instructions that the disk gave me and then in a couple hours it was done installing. Not all computers come with a disc so you may need to contact your computer manufacturer to get a new disk.

can someone help with my problem? problem: its on start up every time i download,change the wallpaper,change the pc theme ,or save something..when i restart turn off my pc it just goes to normal without any other files wallpaper themes and other stuff it goes back to normal i really wanna fix this can anyone help???

a friend gave me a hp pavillion ze5300 now i tried everything to get this laptop to work but it wont accept and os(ox)cd i use or open up to the safemode what are my choices everything i do the system says operating system not found!!!!!!

and help in finding out how to fix this problem?

I used the reset disk to take my E3010 back to original settings now it won't connect to internet. It doesn't recognise my LAN settings. Any ideas please?

I have just reset my E3010 by loading the rest disk but now i have no internet. It won't connect via LAn but it did a few hours before.
