well sorry for a yr late reply lol but did you happen to think that the guy playing it maybe his computer cant handle it so he has everything on low that or just goes for performance? or beta didnt have exactly all the detail fitted in it looks good besides the video is in low quality so cant judge from a video unless its high res right?
