@poderosocosme I kinda disagree with that age old "leader or follower" kinda personality divide. As for as I know there's no genetic pre-disposition or determinate of leadership, anyone can be a leader if their circumstance allows it; oppressive societies seek to crush those characteristics of leaders and condition us to follow. It's almost a definition.

i don't agree with everything hicks says, yet i love the guy for being a leader with some good ideas
