100W is a lot for charging batteries, there is wind at day & night. So for 100W, 15V for charging one can get around 6A, not loaded. That is great for charging batteries. This is not made for full domestic power support, as author said it is for garage lights!
And I could see it clearly for powering some roof pump for solar heated water circulation, automatic garage door opener, etc.
So 100W is enough, for some needs!

that is one nice job there I have done a similar thing to make a wind generator and not getting much voltage the coils are not close enough to the magnets, and my disk needs to be leveled correctly. there is a slight wobble to the wood on mine, I first saw it was flat it is in the shaft problem I think
how many coils of wire you got?
What size wire is it?
what size / strenght magnets you using?
