well he's been doing that for about 12-15 years... I don't think its nearly as extreme as Dani Filth's singing. that shit would put your voice box outta whack!

@Korvane Dani Filth's method of screaming is one of the easiest to do for the longest period of time (same with Psyclon Nine's singer for example)
