The Chemical Brothers used this in "Chemical Beats"...that was where I first heard it, and now I'm hooked!

Saw Jimmy McGriff at the Mercury Lounge in Austin, TX (in the old, smaller location)... must have been around 1998? One of the best shows I can remember! Great band, and just the greatest vibe. Jimmy wasn't exactly jumping around, but he let his younger band and his fingers do the talking for him. How can you not just want to jump around and dance and feel good to this music? RIP, Jimmy--your music will live on!

@SpikroddNG I fully agree. I'm a Jungle-DnB artist.

@yellowlinks The drums in the intro at 0:05 are a popular sample used in music, ranging from chillout, drum n bass, hip hop and everything in between. It's not incredibly versatile or noticeable (like The Winstons's 'Amen Brother' or Funk Inc.'s 'Kool is Back'), but it has a great clean energy you'll be hard-pressed to find untouched like in this one.

@SpikroddNG what do you mean?

Get It "Michael Evans"!! I think Michael danced to this on at least one or two episodes!! That's why I like it so much!!

I think anyone who makes music needs to revisit and hear each song in which drum samples are taken from.
