You just need to adjust the Vertical Hold on the arcade, it would be somewhere around the screen, but you'd have to open the cabinet. Hope it helps dude.

@XxMoney3DxX Somewhere on the screen or around there will be a small switch or wheel, turn it until the screen no longer flickers, Hope it helped

@XxMoney3DxX hey a tip , get some drapes or what ever they are called to block out that sunlight, you boxes on top of the nes shelf and the super nintendo games etc will be faded ;)
