I agree on everything except the comment about LBJ and Bosh, they were free agents and had the choice to go where they wanted to, but Howard and Paul forcing their way out of a city just so you can go to a better team is just bullshit!!!!

Why should stars be forced to stay with a team that's not successful their whole career? Howard has been w/ Orlando for 7 seasons. That's a long time, and if your team can't surround you with enough talent in 7 years, what leads you to believe that they'll be able to surround him with talent if he resigns. Stars don't deserve to be handcuffed with one team that can't win their whole career.

It seems like you think the only thing these NBA players care about is the city. That's not what it's all about. Most of these guys want to leave because they want to win. You really think Howard can win a championship with ORL this season? Or Paul with NO? Who cares if ORL just built a new arena. Howard is going into his 8th season, and he wants to win a championship now. Sure, market size has an effect on where a lot of these guys go, but these guys just wanna win.
