In this exercise video, Body-weight Leg Exercises; 4 Leg Exercises for Women & Men, I run you through a 4 exercise circuit that focuses on the legs - but also gets the glutes, hips and thighs working as well. This mini-workout can be done as a stand alone exercise session - or you can combine it with most of my other videos here on Youtube - or in my programs for purchase (e-manuals, dvds, etc...)

  • The Sleeping Moth is mean and rude. I think the guy in this video looks very fit. I think Americans think that being a massive sterhoid bomb is the way to go, but this guy looks like what a healthy guy should look like. I confess though, I love when his thigh tatoo peeks out of his loose fitting shorts....hee hee....Moth, stop being so mean.

  • Hey Joey!I wanna know if in yours e-manual are there exerceses for who as me has knee poblems...in my case I can't do squats,and the last exercise of the video.

  • The knee ups are the same excercise that we did in USMC boot camp for punishment. We called them monkey f**kers.(honestly) We did them very fast for a long period of time and it was painful. One guy was seriously hurt while doing them. Believe me slow is the way to go while doing them, just as shown here. But they do work. Great vid I will subcribe and add some of your excercises to what I am doing now.
