I must agree with LarryBundyjr I now have TWO ovens where the tube has packed up....the first within a year, heat tube packed up. N o assistance from JLM at all. I did buy another oven as I liked cooking with it but again after not quite a year...no heat, this time it decided to stop working midway through cooking my dinner! No spares obtainable from JML. Cooker Good JML service NIL.

Anyone thinking of getting a JML Halogen Oven be warned that the bulbs are prone to blow at chance (you may be lucky and get 2-3 years out of them, you may be unlucky and get less than a Month)
But the things are an absolute frickin' nightmare to replace, They seriously couldn't have made it harder even if they tried. It's seriously not worth buying one until they make a serious revision to it as it's a TERRIBLY designed product.
