In this video, only unrefurbished C151s are seen. C651s only came in 1994 a few years after this video was filmed.

@timothythamen They were refurbished. The black colour is actually a sticker and not paint. Since all C151s are refurbished, C651 is currently the only NSL-EWL train with a white body.

20 years ago, u could easily find seats in train..
now even though its off peak , still so hard to find...
