tried making pate today for the fist time "tried" being the main word . i followed this recipe to the letter and cooked it hoping for lovley pate at the end . when it had finally finished cooking i took of the burnt bacon and found that it wasnt pate but a massive sh*t . the recipie doesnt work its meatloaf and a sh*t one at that

@dawntyson73 would you age this pate? seems that the flavors would play better as it sits for a week.

Just finished making this pate. Going to layer it with wild berry conserve in little parma ham parcels. It is really delicious and even though I didn't have scales and just slapped it all in it still tastes really yummy. Merry Christmas
