Judicael Perroy joins Jeremy Jouve to record Rodrigo for NAXOS records. Here they play the second movement of the Tonadilla. Recording was produced by Norbert Kraft at his Toronto studio.

  • These two make a fine duo, so much ability. I see they're both playing on lattice braced guitars for this recording too. I have the GFA video of Perroy playing a set and he attacks that guitar and gets a lot of power and volume out of it.

  • Rodrigo's Tonadilla is one of the best compositions for guitar duet I have heard. This second movement (minueto pomposo) is my favorite. Thanks for posting this, I will buy the CD as soon as it is released.
