Love Again was put out as the 'A' side actually, and Liberty was surprised when Summertime Blues dominated. When I was in love with my first girlfriend from 1961-1964, this was 'our song', along with 'Runaway' by Del Shannon. It is a strange and somewhat spooky arrangement and unlike anything heard in that era. I have just recorded an album of my own songs called MYSTERY TRAIN. Many were inspired by Eddie's material. I totally love this beautiful song. I think this is one of Eddies best. It's both wonderful and sad.
