well sov wars are fought over object in space, POS'es or stations and the like. more then one encounter is needed to get controll with or destroy sucht a thing due to the object going into reinforcment mode (it canot be shot at while in reinforment). A BS is good at this due to their range, DPS and tank, its posible to fights for many days over controll of a system . roaming fleets are thus rare in a sov war, they always have a spesific perpose (sry spelling)

@Morgilson Honestly, do tell more bout the meta. Ive never been in sov wars yet, mostly going rogue and roaming nullsec with my gang, and to be honest, i havent played the game for like half a year if not more.

u are correct however the bonus only applies to tec 2 ships and Battleships is what is needed in sov warfare, not HAC's.  It is also worth noticing that amarr is not used often for solo pvp (they are used but not asmucht as minmatar), but for fleetworks they are just awsome

@Morgilson Now i havent played eve for several months right now, but as i remember it, t2 minmatar ships have like 90% innate EM resist. Caldari, i agree. Imo, drake is the only good thing there (xcep their op titan)

Well amarr is awesome for fleet works, huge dps awesome buffer and can dictate range by swapping lenses. No where ells do u get the same combo. gellenthe don't have the range, minmatar lack the buffer (and are shield and thus weak to amarr guns) and caldari well, they are caldari so shit for really big engagements.
