FOX "Local TV" Contest Entry - Commercial 1 of 3

This spot was the first of three that we, at the Charlottesville Newsplex, did for a contest from FOX. Basically the Creative Departments of all FOX affiliates were invited to create three commercials promoting the importance of local TV.

We took THIRD PLACE in the competition nationwide.

Much of the cast for this commercial were past and present employees of the Charlottesville Newsplex. The locations were a few of the local businesses who have worked with us. Even the Creative Services Department were not left out of the limelight on this one.

NOTE: In this commercial, you can clearly see me (a.k.a RegiSor94).

Love the reaction on your face there.

I see that same guy with you in most of your pictures in Facebook.

You presented the scenes like as if it were an

apocalyptic event and it seems so big.

But I have to agree, local TV (where ever it may be) is dying because of the dawn of digital TV.
