Lamborghini Gallardo Sound

The driver of this Gallardo didn't hit the gas as hard as I was hoping, but he did leave a nice exhaust note. Later the car pulled up. Does anybody know what the (carbon fiber?) plating under the lights was? Was this a tuned Gallardo? Great Lambo anyway.
